Gather with us on sunday!

Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and worship alongside other believers. Our goal is to encourage community in a way that we can share our joys, our challenges, and our lives. Every Sunday we gather around Word and Sacrament that we might receive the life-giving gifts of our Lord.

Sunday school

Gather with us at 8:45am
We invite people of all ages to gather for Sunday School at 8:45 on Sunday mornings. We have coffee and donuts available and gather for an all-ages opening session. After the first 10 minutes, children and youth are released to classrooms for age-appropriate lessons.

divine service

Gather with us at 10am
We gather for the Divine Service every Sunday where we confess our sins, hear the Word of God, and come to our Lord's altar for communion. Our services are liturgy based, and traditional in nature. Children are always welcome in the Sanctuary, we also have nursery space available, for young children who may need a break.

q&a

Where Do I Park?
We have ample parking space surrounding the church building. Our gym, which hosts our Sunday School opening, is located on the Southeast side of the campus. Our Sunday service takes place in the Sanctuary, which has a tall steeple with cross.
How Should I Dress?
Many at Mt. Calvary choose to dress in Sunday best, and our ushers wear suits and ties. But, please feel free to dress in a way that is comfortable for you, and we will be happy to welcome you!
What Is a Sunday Service Like?
Our Sunday service begins at 10am and lasts for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Divine Service is liturgy based, with traditional hymns and music. We are lead by worship from the piano and our historic, Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ.
